Too big, too expensive

We've been users for almost 3 years now. We use 2% functionality if we're lucky. We're in a position to renew our contract or not. With our current usage and the costs involved, it does not make sense for us to continue to use WF. I understand WF has tutorials. But I feel a customer advocate that works with us to aleviate pressure points is needed. At this point we do not seek out help, cause we don't know full capabilities. Recommendation: - Create a entry level package that is feasible ...

Not Agile & Harder than it should be

This is built on the framework of linear, parent-child projects & tasks -- Waterfall, waterfall, waterfall. The Agile content just doesn't work well at all. Finally, there is a lot of frustration with hard to use content. For example, there's no easy way to enter time on the app -- best is a timelogger so I don't need to enter a damn thing other than start-click; stop-click, and it does all the magic for me. If you make it easy and automatic, I'll use it. If not, it just plain ...

Completely worthless

I can't believe how worthless workfront is. I hate it so much. It is absolutely the worst time tracking and project management software I have ever used and I used a lot. Expansive, slow, no mobile I can go on and on. Stay AWAY

Good job!

I like the combination of project management and social interaction. Sometimes there have been issues which has taken some time to investigate, but these have eventually been resolved.

Fairly Robust with Limitations

We like Workfront overall and want to continue using it. All products regardless of maturity have room for improvement. Having said that, some basic features/functionality are often discovered that the product cannot do. We request them via the enhancement portal. If your core competency is to be a leader in project management software, that should be the focus. We've seen a lot of focus on the digital side. The audience is different (and not us) so we often sit through your new feature ...

Good product but very buggy

Workfront is a good product but there are LOTS of bugs. Most of the time we have to wait on bugs to be resolved because WF is trying to figure out what the code is supposed to actually do and we end up having to explain it to them. This is VERY frustrating. We've been with WF for about 5 years and know it better than a lot of WF employees. It's also incredibly frustrating when WF rolls out aesthetic things like a new font or updated icons and that takes precedence over making sure that ...

Overly micromanaged for processes that are unnecessary.

Far more detail than necessary. So much time has to be devoted to red tape versus actual work. What was a good idea has gone wrong with the huge amount of tasks associated to working
