What do you like best about Workfront? Workfront does an excellent job of keeping an open flow of communication and handing off complex projects throughout the process. We frequently have multiple touchpoints that require notification of start/end times, and it does a great job of that. We also use it quite often to monitor progress and check for any potential issues.

This tool helps us to better organize our workflow and to be more productive
PROS: With Workfront we can organize our entire foundation, we can filter requests and get information of how many requests each department is getting. We can assign tasks and requests so we don’t have to send it via emails and to comunicate through emails back and forth. We use emails for outside support instead of as a tool for internal communications.

PROS: I like that Workfront offers many excellent features. It gives full visibility on work progress. The app is easily customizable and users can view custom dashboards based on their permission level and role. The Proof HQ feature helps to organize comments in a single place. You can find projects quickly and report on project status easily. Finally, all creatives are housed in a single location which makes it easy for anyone to find edits and projects.
