Good job!
I like the combination of project management and social interaction. Sometimes there have been issues which has taken some time to investigate, but these have eventually been resolved.

Manages projects for a large, multi-purpose organization but clunky
My division uses Workfront for project management. The pluses are it allows many users and provides a variety of reports. The downside is it's difficult to learn and use. Inputting a new project takes quite a bit of time, it isn't intuitive, and it doesn't factor in common circumstances, such as a project being delayed or put on hold.

Recommendation: - Create a entry level package that is feasible ...

If you make it easy and automatic, I'll use it. If not, it just plain ...
