Good if you like being robbed

200 pounds to cancel..if you keep the subscription then at the end you lose any unspent assets which is the slap in the face after they have kicked you in the nuts on the way down. Mind boggling rules & terms that alienating customers and their support staff are outsourced and have no clue / authority to resolve the problem

"Do not even opt for a trial! Rip off! Worst customer service."

They put the phone down on me

I always get overcharged and they never sort it out for me. I've rang multiple times in the last 2 months and I get northing resolved. Today I had someone put the phone down on me when I was explaining my issue. I was overly polite to the woman as I've worked in customer service before so I find it appalling. I feel I ring up and get no help.

Bad user experience

No matter what device I use to access my library of photos, it takes FOREVER to load the photos! Some times I can't even see the images! Plus the fact that I cannot use my remaining images if I go into a new month and I miss a payment is so wrong.
