"Crashes so often but it's still worth it."

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro? I love how you can search so many tutorials on youtube how to use Adobe Premiere Pro. And Premiere packs a punch! So many great features for export and import. I love the proxy file system, it has saved me a ton of money on my hardware. You can easily edit a 4k video footage with ingesting them as proxy files. What do you dislike about Adobe Premiere Pro? It just crashes so often. I have to be super careful with my editing progress because if ...

"3 Years In & I Mostly Love Premiere"

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro? Premiere Pro CC v 13 is my go to software for anything I'm editing that's longer than 30 seconds (I generally prefer Final Cut Pro X for commercials). I really like that I can send renders off to Media Encoder for export while I continue my next edit. What do you dislike about Adobe Premiere Pro? My only complaint (reason for 9 instead of 10) is that in order to render in Apple ProRes you must jump through some hoops to trick it into getting ...

"Adobe Premiere Pro"

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro? Adobe has an awesome interface that gives you "live" learning resources and many tools to help make your video perfect. The support from adobe is also outstanding, which is important with video editing software. I think of this software as an industry standard, and have been using it for a couple of years now with ease. What do you dislike about Adobe Premiere Pro? The software has to be purchased as a subscription and can't be purchased ...

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro? It is very easy to understand, and the workflow is smooth. Timelines and bins are easy to manage, and the proxy feature is great to get down to business quick What do you dislike about Adobe Premiere Pro? Sometimes can slow down and freeze. Also can be a little too much when working with quick edits. Recommendations to others considering Adobe Premiere Pro: Would recommend for freelance video editors, or any local newsroom operations What ...

"Great Editing Software"

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro? As someone who owns a PC and stuck to the usual Windows Movie Maker, I was absolutely thrilled by how versatile Premiere Pro was. It had a lot of features to choose from as well as a good workspace where I could clearly see all the clips, audio, and images I was working with. Fortunately for me, I did not have to install Premiere Pro onto the computer since it was already provided for me, so I cannot comment on the compatibility to various ...

"Adobe Premiere is for PROS"

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro? This has everything you need out of the box! If there's anything missing, there is surely a plugin to fill that void. I once had to download a plugin to easily make a Ken Burns effect. Overall, Premiere Pro very easy to use! What do you dislike about Adobe Premiere Pro? There is definitely a learning curve to Premiere Pro to learn everything, but it is still quite intuitive. Every once in a while I need to google how to do ...

"Good editing suite with some performance issies"

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro? It's an industry standard for anyone who's done any sort of video or film work. What do you dislike about Adobe Premiere Pro? Performance issues crop up depending on computer hardware. Anything above 1080p can add time to an edit and final export when you don't have the most high end hardware. What problems is Adobe Premiere Pro solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly just using the software as a means to deliver finished edited video ...

"Great program but has too many features for what I need it for"

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro? As a graphic designer, I mainly use Adobe Premiere Pro to create video clips, splice two or more videos together, add music and text to still images, or edit videos we already have. I have Adobe Creative Cloud through my company so I can enjoy all of Adobe Premiere Pro's features and updates. Adobe seems to be on top of adding on tools and new capabilities that are needed in my everyday workflow. I also find new tools that I didn't think I ...

"My Favorite Editing Platform"

What do you like best about Adobe Premiere Pro? I have been using Premiere since it's initial release and always return to it after dalliances with most of the other major players in the field. It has a deep set of tools and you may not use or need all of them but chances are you will find what you need for any application or end use. There is a somewhat steep learning curve if you are looking to go beyond simple cuts-only editing but in the end, it's worth it. What do you dislike about ...
