PROS: Ultimately, Marketo helped us cherry-pick the most potential leads and focus our efforts on them to achieve putting most of them onboard our expanding network of clients. CONS: Customer support service can respond more promptly than it currently does. It weighs down on operations when we have an issue hanging to be resolved.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? We have been using Marketo eversince and it has greatly improved our reach and email performance. I like that it's easy to create email templates, setup campaigns, import contacts to our database and sync it to SFDC.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Easy to use and Marketo is always innovating. Robust and must have for a marketing team. They have yearly summits that help you not only learn the platform but how to best leverage the platform to try different marketing approaches.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? It is definitely a very flexible program, it stands out to achieve a good partnership for sales. That is, I use it to share messages, view qualified prospects, profile information and their respective behavior. In addition to this its support is very complete, just as its deployment is extremely powerful there are no errors while it is in development.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I most like that you can track ROI on your campaigns. It provides a lot more insight into what is working well and what doesn't work well. I like that Marketo listens to their customers and continues to add new features that make it easier to do our job and meet business objectives.
