What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? The ability to customize programs and tactics. Other marketing automation does not allow as much customization. Usually that would mean that it is more complex--which I can't lie, it is a little more complex than some other marketing automation platforms--but relatively more complexity in design allows for drastically more customized marketing approaches.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Of all the automation softwares I explored, Marketo was a clear winner when it came to usability and design. We've been a customer for over 2 years now and each product update has continued to make my job easier and easier.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Engagement Programs are my favorite. They are very simple to create, yet, there are no limitations to how far you can go with your nurturing with different Streams and Transition Rules. I'm also a huge fan and proponent of LaunchPoint. My company won the Revvie for the Integrator because we are constantly looking for ways to leverage all of the powerful solutions available on the platform.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Marketo is the only platform I have used that handles the complexity of modern marketing in an approachable manner. Not all programs have the same success metrics in that some programs are by their nature are built only to bring the lead in (TOFU) while others are intended to nurture a lead through its journey (MOFU). Marketo's eco-system of API partners and their robust understanding of the marketing universe allows us to rely heavily on them to ensure we are taking the right steps in moving from a brand driven to a science & lead revenue generating marketing organization.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I've used 3+ MA systems - and in each time, I'm ended up replacing a legacy system with Marketo. My last configuration is/was highly customized - yet no matter how much we stretched the system, it kept pace with our unique highly customized SFDC system.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? One of the initial reasons why we purchased Marketo was its analytics solution. We finally had a way to prove to executive management the impact marketing had on sales. We use reports from Marketo's Revenue Explorer, to show how our efforts targeting various channels and sectors turned into Won Opportunities.
