"Must Have Solution"
What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Besides the user friendliness of the platform, I like the level of support you receive as a Marketo customer. Any time I have called or emailed their support staff they are both helpful and pleasant to work with. I've used two other marketing automation platforms in the past and had poor support experiences, and that is not the case with Marketo.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? The ease of use of Marketo is incredible. Having looked at multiple automation systems Marketo is the most user friendly, makes sense out of the box. Set up and implementation time was very quick

"Good tool, but not easy to use"
What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? I have been using Marketo for a couple years now. Marketo lives up to most everything they promise. In regard to engaging with you audience, it really does allow you to have a targeted conversation with your prospects. The behavioral tracking and lead scoring tools are worth the investment alone.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? The integration with GoToWebinar. This has made our Webinar Events much smoother and nicer, now that all of our communication can come out of Marketo rather than GoToWebinar. We have set up our entire program and smart lists to send email invites, reminders, follow-ups; it's great to set this up once and then have it perform for a month without any manual action needed.
