"Immensely Complex/Powerful System "
What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Their API docs are pretty good. It has made it easy for us to build personal integrations if needed. Also they integrate with a lot of other vendors which makes the combination very powerful. With the integrations you are able to create very targeted and personalized campaigns.
