What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Personally, I think the best part about Marketo is the Nurture streams and the fact that when you run out of content in that stream, you can tack new content on the end and it will start up again. Not all Marketing Automation platforms have that functionality, as far as I'm aware.

What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Having access to all databases and being able to zoom in on certain segments is a huge benefit to our business. That was our main attraction to Marketo. We also appreciate the ability to integrate our social media campaign results and website forms into the system.

"Awesome customer support but SSL implementation can be challenging"
What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? Marketo provides one of the best customer support. The customer has the option to reach out the support team either via online case submission or phone support. Each case is categorised with appropriate urgency type, and depending upon the urgency level, the SLA for follow up is defined. If you are unsatisfied with the response, the case can be escalated to the next level.

"Best MA Tool On The Market"
What do you like best about Adobe Marketo Engage? It's incredibly user friendly. Anyone can learn how to master Marketo -- no technical skills (such as scripting or coding) are needed. Become a Market pro does take time, but if you commit, you can learn it and really get a lot out of it. Other marketing automation tools I have used require much more technical skills.
