It is great for use in graphic design, typography and templates that are compatible to other adobe software app programs.

What do you like best about Adobe InDesign? InDesign has been great for laying out our catalogs, linesheets, lookbooks, and formatting print marketing. It integrates seamlessly with Photoshop and Illustrator so elements can be imported, but still edited in their native applications, while having the changes instantly reflected in ID.

What do you like best about Adobe InDesign? Adobe InDesign has so much power. Any design or layout function is easily mastered and easily reproducible. It also has many plug-in capabilities with outside software making data and image linking. I've created entire product catalogs, car show signage with banners over 50ft in length, to the most simple business cards. It is the bread and butter of my design portfolio.
