"Great for linking external files, not so great for design"

What do you like best about Adobe InDesign? Great for printing out posters of really high quality design files, because the beauty in this software is that it links to external files. This speeds up the print time and maintains the quality. for web, not sure if it makes a huge difference.

"Industry Standard"

What do you like best about Adobe InDesign? Microsoft word is nice, but if you want the ability to really make your document look professional, InDesign is the way to go. I find InDesign very easy to use compared to the rest of the Adobe products. I prefer to use InDesign more than I do Microsoft Word. A lot of good tools are in Microsoft Word, but it is difficult to make images clean and crip inside of the body of the text. InDesign does a much better job at this.

"Perfect for finicky typesetting."

What do you like best about Adobe InDesign? The amount of control over typography! I use it for building up text heavy documents like newsletters or books, presentations, etc. Once you’ve gotten the hang of the program, it’s fast and easy to create new layouts.
