Adobe Connect is user friendly and fast!
What do you like best? Adobe Connect is an amazing web conferencing software that does what a lot of other sites can't do: load efficient and fast video streaming and online chat groups. It is faster than Skype, and less glitchy than Facetime. Perfect for work meetings and online interviews. What do you dislike? The only thing is that webinars can be hard to connect for some remote users... although that is really not a fault of Adobe Connect. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Adobe Connect
What do you like best? I love the virtual break out rooms - these are great for group activities where the instructor can drop in and out. The web cams are great for monitoring employee engagement. We also use polling and chat heavily. What do you dislike? We work from a VDI and have run into several issues with classroom stability - random crashes, camera pixilation, etc. when we have a large number of users. Recommendations to others considering the product Use caution when ...

Used for conferences/meetings at other campus
What do you like best? I like that it enables me to be an active participant in meetings without having to deal with the travel to another location. What do you dislike? Can be hard to hear sometimes, but that also depends on the internet service and surroundings, etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps to include more people. Not everyone has the time to travel to the locations that the meetings are at. This enables ...

Meeting Platform with a few issues
What do you like best? I like that you can screen share presentations and videos, and also let the presenter share their screen. I like that you can create polls and use the chat pod for comments and questions with the attendees and presenter. I like that you have the capability to make a presenter a presenter or a host. What do you dislike? There always seems to be a few bugs or issues that happen with dialing-out to the meeting room, or Adobe Connect doesn't allow you to open more ...

Can be hard to teach some folks to use
What do you like best? It is easy to upload slides and to manage who is in the room. I love the option of having adobe connect call you instead of calling in. This makes is so easy for people who get confused about which conference line to call. What do you dislike? It can be very difficult to teach some people to use Adobe. I have had issues with feedback from people who cannot learn to turn their computer speakers off when connected via the phone. Sometimes we struggle with getting ...

Useful for live webinars
What do you like best? It is a good platform for a webinar presentation, where you can see the presenter as well as the presented information/notes on the same platform. You can use the sidebar to see who also is watching the presentation and you are often able to interact with the presenter during a live presentation. It is good that you can often access the information later, since it can be archived on the same platform. What do you dislike? If your computer system is older, not up ...

Great for education and webinars
What do you like best? Having been a participant in Adobe Connect meetings, I've not found issue with jumping into the platform/dialing in. For basic market research purposes (IDI interviews, minimal stim, it's great! Features like the backroom chat and ability to have tiers of meeting participants (presenters, hosts, participants also come in really handy. What do you dislike? From a market research ops perspective, it can be a bit clunky to set up, and the video quality is not ...

The Gold Standard of true virtual meetings!
What do you like best? So many things to like. 1. Persistent rooms - build your layout and add your content ONCE, and it will always be there, ready for your next virtual meeting without you having to rebuild and reload every time. If you are doing several meetings or training events with the same material - this is a must and Adobe Connect does it. 2. Multiple hosts and presenters - no passing the ball - just make another person a host at the same time as you and now you can ...

Gets the job done!
What do you like best? I like the ease of elevating and removing admin privileges so that collaboration is simple and doesn't require much thought. What do you dislike? Doesn't work as well with mobile browsers. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work from home two days a week, and Adobe Connect makes it easy to share projects easily without having to come into the office.

Expensive, but Full Featured
What do you like best? Adobe Connect provides a lot of options...for example, its screen sharing option allows you to choose whether to share your whole screen, an application, or just a particular window. It has all (or close to all of the features I've seen with any other online meeting application and also makes Adobe and third-party add-ons available to provide additional functionality. What do you dislike? Adobe Connect is very expensive. If you're not part of a large organization ...
