What do you like best? I generally like it as a webinar platform - it has a nice mix of features (slides, chat, etc. What do you dislike? It is more cumbersome than other programs like Skype for Business, which I prefer to use for most remote meetings unless it's very large. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's been a much more effective platform than our previous one for online education.

Perfect software for working remotely with a team

What do you like best? Ability to share screens as well as use video chat. It's nice to see everyone's face when they are talking, it really makes it a much better experience than a standard "conference call" where it's easy to accidentally talk over others. What do you dislike? Nothing. Even without a microphone/camera, those who just want to listen can still tap in and listen to the conversation without having to be "on screen" or speaking. What do you like best? The ability to upload documents, share screens, chat, and record trainings all in one place is greatly beneficial. What do you dislike? When we first started using, anyone could hop on. Now it requires an extension that needed IT permission to download What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The best feature is that the meeting rooms are persistent. They can be used repeatedly and the layouts remain the same. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to load all types of files to share, including Microsoft products. Adobe, a quick and easy solution

What do you like best? It loads very quickly, and is easy to use. Breakout rooms can be created. Simultaneous speakers can use their mics at the same time. What do you dislike? Sometimes you have to poke around a bit with the pods and commands to figure thins out. For example, many team members were stuck on removing the video pod and couldn't figure out how to turn it off or even move it so that it didn't block the presentation. Nice idea, but needs more control options

What do you like best? It seems very easy to setup and use. The GUI was near, clean and easy to follow. It was a good experience. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, as the title said, it lacks certain controls. My child who was using it for homeschool, managed to setup a private room with no way of alerting the school or teachers.
