What do you like best? I enjoy the IM chat features and the ability to connect people from around the world into one single video confrence, without lag! What do you dislike? I think the user interface could get a slight upgrade as it seems a little mid-2000's style. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the in person conferencing budget issues and supplementing video conferencing to save time and still show face.

What do you like best? Very easy to set up conference rooms, integrated set up for call-in participants, easy interface. Works brilliantly cross-platform. Lota of snags

What do you like best? I like the interactive part. For a meeting it's really nice to have the green check or other options. What do you dislike? Always getting dropped meetings or breakout rooms confused. Like, someone will be in a breakout room and it vf randomly spits them back into the general room. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's amazing for training purposes. To share a screen when remotely training us invaluable.
