One of the best tools for online content, training, webinars, etc.

What do you like best? So Adobe Connect is one of the best tools in the market right now for online content delivery. I've been using it for over 3 years now and it has always been a reliable source for my needs. You can easily schedule training classes, have a number of attendees, do live polls, check the participants engagement and if they are multitasking, and most importantly you are also able to separate the participants into breakout rooms for different type of activities which ...

Good platform for managing multiple events

What do you like best? The most helpful parts of Adobe Connect is the learning rooms and engagement features with the learning platforms. What do you dislike? I hope that Adobe would consider making the platform more user-friendly in the administrator portion, specifically for viewing reports, event creation and management, and editing the landing pages and email templates . I particularly don't prefer the 'check' box deployment of the alert email sequences. Recommendations to ...

Rachel McClain's Review

What do you like best? I like the ability for participants to all share their camera at the same time. I also like the breakout room feature and the presenter's ability to hide certain content "behind the curtain". What do you dislike? It takes a long time for larger PPTs to upload to the Admin Console. There is also a pretty steep learning curve when using it for the first time (as a host / presenter). The breakout rooms are a little clunky sometimes when trying to sync the on ...

Good product but a bit behind on some features

What do you like best? Ease of use and login. HTML5 experience is a big improvement. Also really enjoyed the interactive meeting recordings. Smooth video in the Share Pods far exceeded most competition while maintaining quality. What do you dislike? Connect cannot share videos directly or system sounds from shared content; you must download the video and then upload it to the Meeting room. Also, native Active Director/LDAP integration for hosted services is unavailable or too ...

Great conferencing option

What do you like best? The more robust options for host and participants to engage and collaborate. Web conferencing has taken off in the last couple of months, and most simply offer screen sharing. There are many more features to Adobe Connect. Another problem others faced was security problems, particularly Zoom , which really benefitted from the current environment. Adobe has gone to additional lengths to improve security. What do you dislike? Cost. Where some platforms charge ...

We love Adobe Connect!

What do you like best? Ability to upload a PPT to the slides and have links clickable is the best. What do you dislike? HTML5 version still has some audio bugs. Hoping this will be fixed soon. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Adobe Connect for webinars and online classes. Having clickable links in slides is great for webinars since we are always referring people to web pages.
