Good for market research interviews

What do you like best? The ability to share my screen and a separate panel to chat with clients. What do you dislike? Sometimes it crashes and I have to log in again. Recommendations to others considering the product: Download the app. Much easier than the browser version. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to chat with observers. So makes the interviews more effective.

Positive, being able to customize the page layouts is great

What do you like best? Being able to customize the layouts is great. Also, being able to preset the breakout groups and then automatically push users into breakouts is super helpful. The users don't need to figure out how to get where they need to be. What do you dislike? The speed and connection can be spotty when connecting users in multiple locations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None

Education based use, has wide variety and integrations

What do you like best? I like that I can integrate music, images and interactive pods to engage my students in the learning process. I like that I can prep myself with an area that is not visible to students as well. What do you dislike? I dislike that I cannot change my view on mobile apps. What do you like best? I like all of the different features for participation, like polls and Q&A. I also like the breakout rooms and the ability to control student participation. What do you dislike? The most difficult thing about Adobe is the screen sharing. I wish you could share the screen within the app and not have the app show up in a pop up window. Mostly great, what lets it down from being perfect is having a heavy interface and features failing.

What do you like best? The variety of pods and features, it beats most systems What do you dislike? The fact the its looks old fashioned, has a 'heavy' interface requiring a producer to control and then a facilitator teach, and basic features failing like microphones/webcams failing or the edit my info button disappearing, or audio rights disappear for participants after they return from a breakout room. What do you like best? Compatability across multiple devices makes mobile learning easier for students. The app works seamlessly weather the user is on an iPad, laptop, mobile, or desktop. I have been very impressed with the app reliability even amongst high demand and usage periods. Review after 4 months usage

What do you like best? Adobe login system is simple and easy to setup. I like the camera auto arrange of the screens of the participants and the templates that we can use to easy steup the room. The breakout system is great, we are able to have private meeting within the meeting - i would like to see just a way to "lock" those breakout to avoid accidental entering of other participants. A nice feature i would advise would be an option to "clear" the room after the meeting, deleting ...

Can be erratic but better than Discord

What do you like best? Ease of use of system. Sharing screens and use of drawing tools. What do you dislike? Connection can drop out or won't let you into the room. Breakout groups can drop the session or lose content on the whiteboard. Very fussy over the type of font used or embedded gifs. Files with interactive components refuse to load. Playback on uploaded video has lag and this delays and ruins sessions. Recommendations to others considering the product: Works well ...
