Need a usb headset for audio to work with decent sound quality - 3.5mm jacks don't work very well. What do you like best? It's easy to use, usually fast and flexible. What do you dislike? Occasionally slow, especially when there are more demands put on Adobe as in the latest covid crisis. Easy and user friendly

What do you like best? Layout setting is simple, direct. Break room is helpful. What do you dislike? I shared Power Point slides I created, but the inserted video files could not be transferred. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I had difficulty to locate my recorded instruction which was kept in the program.

Great for online teaching!

What do you like best? I teach math online. There are so many features you can add to your layout, plus making multiple layouts makes transitioning very fluid. What do you dislike? I lag often. I am not sure if it is due to 20+ students being logged, my internet, or using a graphic pad, but I lag a couple times per class. Not bad but could be better

What do you like best? It's easy to install and configure. The groups feature works great so you'll be able to split your group in small ones in order to share video,audio, screen and chat within every small group separately from the others. You can join a meeting directly from the browser so there's no requirement to install anything on the laptop. What do you dislike? It's very hard to breakout into discussion groups, or conduct individual chats. Easy to use and navigate around

What do you like best? Free downloadable pods and creation of many layouts to switch in between while teaching. What do you dislike? There is no way to keep my drawing when I switch from whiteboard back to my presentation. I always need to screenshot what I've drew and pasted in PowerPoint as a reference or for continuation.
