Great Platform

What do you like best? I like how seamless this platform can be. Customer service is quick to respond. What do you dislike? We have come across a lot of technical difficulties. Anytime updates were made to the platform, we had several customers who ran into issues. Taking the time to troubleshoot with each customer was very time consuming. What do you like best? The ability to capture and edit video while adding graphics, captions and pointers was incredible. What do you dislike? Cost of full product for people who wouldn't use it frequently. Good product but too pricey

What do you like best? It integrates well with Captivate. The reporting system was useful for tracking learner participation. There were a variety of tools designed to provide statistical data. What do you dislike? It was simply too big for our needs and beyond our price point. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We opted to not use the product.

What do you like best? Very easy to use and configure. Powerful and easy to navigate. Great reports and control of the organization. What do you dislike?
