What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader? That you can get documents signed and leave notes on the pages. The print options are also very useful. One feature that I like to always set up, is the page display, under the view tab. It changes the way you visualize the file, allows you to scroll the PDF (or not) and let's you customize the reading to your own liking.
