"Nice, but get Adobe Acrobat DC Instead"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader? Adobe Acrobat reader is great for basic, opening (viewing) of PDF files and minor tasks (printing); oh, and of course it's free. However, if you need to download and edit documents directly and efficiently...go for a subscription to Acrobat DC instead. Other good things about this program: the interface...pretty much the same as Acrobat DC...it's really user-friendly and easy to work with without much knowledge of the product.

What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader? I like the versatility in the number of actions I can perform using this software. Very easy to customize a document in ways that other software cannot.

"Industry standard but lacking in features"
What do you like best about Adobe Acrobat Reader? The best thing about acrobat reader is that it is industry standard, so the majority of people who i work with will use the same software to view PDFs. There are a number of markup features which are good and it is nice to have the ability to add comments wherever you want on the document.
