What do you like best about Adapt? Their easy integration is impressive. It's great that I don't have to open up a new tab altogether to get the data I need, unlike other providers. That being said, it would be great if you could dive deeper into what the confidence score against each email ID means, how it's calculated, and it's implications with respect to reaching the correct people.
