"Poor quality of questionnaires. Unfair charges, couldn't use the service and couldn't get the refund"

What do you like best about Adaface? Nothing really, they oversell both on pre-set questionnaires and on custom ones. What do you dislike about Adaface? Poor quality of questionnaires. Unfair charges, couldn't use the service in the end, and couldn't get the refund either. All emails were just ignored. What problems is Adaface solving and how is that benefiting you? We were trying to use it to automate questionnaires for IT hiring.

What do you like best about Adaface? Their ready-to-go tests are super easy to use. Our completion rates are higher than the previous vendor we use (Adaface tests are shorter so that might be a factor). They also helped me benchmark by setting the cut-off for each test to the industry standards. What do you dislike about Adaface?
