What do you like best about Acumatica? Nothing. Too complex to train accounting staff on. Expensive to try to get support. User-created reports are difficult. Does not meet standard accounting processes. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Not user friendly, difficult to understand process flow, help screens that were probably written by a professor in quantum physics, standard accounting functions are convoluted and not typical of accounting software. What do you like best about Acumatica? The ability to customize your environment (screens, events, triggers, reports) to fit the unique needs of your business is unparallel. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The forced partner (middleman sales/support) between the customer and Acumatica. Sometimes they slow the process down more than they help. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Automation. We are moving towards a lot of event-based next-step automation.
