"Excellent Software"

What do you like best about Acumatica? I like Acumatica ease of use for the customer. It is very user friendly and has very helpful sections. Using the different portals has been beneficial . What do you dislike about Acumatica? There is not may dislikes. They have changed with newer versions that have addressed these. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits of the ease of out of the box reports have helped in accounting dept.

What do you like best about Acumatica? I like the amount of add-ons that are available that allows you to automate almost every step of the accounting process What do you dislike about Acumatica? There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike. Recommendations to others considering Acumatica: Easy to use! What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed to automate our sales importing process. This step alone has allowed us to focus on our operations more.

"We love the flexibility of software"

What do you like best about Acumatica? It's great that the software is housed in the cloud allowing for easy access wherever we may be. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The only criticism is in trying to tweak a customization for our company. It has taken a little longer than expected to get it fully functional. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? AR application by VIN along with the large amount of data that we process.

Sometimes the system doiesn't behave like it should and I find it difficult to troubleshoot. I also have issues deciphering the error codes I get at times.
