What do you like best about Acumatica? I love the usability. It's easy to access from anywhere in the world on any device. We use it in all three of our branches across Canada. What do you dislike about Acumatica? It's still new and has a lot of kinks to work out. But that being said, it is quick to act and usually the new updates fix the issues. We are heavily customized and use several ISVs, which makes upgrade testing and issue resolution difficult to maintain given the twice-a-year cycle. What do you like best about Acumatica? I like the different modules available and the fuzzy search technology available on all screens. What do you dislike about Acumatica? At present, I don't have any features that I dislike. We have used the product for four years now. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Accounting, inventory management, sales and purchase ordering. More seamless integration.

What do you like best about Acumatica? Ease of use. Flexibility. Ability to track support cases and time entry in the same system. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Need the abilty to attach expenses to cases. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking and managing support cases within the ERP system. Elimination of tracking time in Outlook and cases in CRM. Now it is all in one place.

What do you like best about Acumatica? We implements MYOB Advance in Australia first - this was not a great experience. This not so great experience made us choose wisely when implementing Acumatica for our USA market. We did and I love everything!! What do you dislike about Acumatica? What do you like best about Acumatica? One of the main features is the fact that the applicaiton is very user friendly. I love the search capabilities it has. What do you like best about Acumatica? Acumatica has the most supportative and integrated development community I have seen in an ERP. The Project Accounting and new Construction package fill a need.
