Has many features we require as well as the ability to create custom upgrades to handle our special requirements.The web based interface is very easy to navigate and allows multiple windows open at a time. Also, the add-ons and ability to customize to our needs has made it a great fit for us. You aren't locked in to one product that is the same for all customers. With each update, it's as if they are listening in when I say "It would be cool if the system did...." because the updates include a lot of those "wishes". The ease of making changes for procurement are awesome and don't require a million steps or complete scratch and start over.
