"Still learning the system, but it is a great ERP system."

What do you like best about Acumatica? Web-based and easy to use and easily customizable. What do you dislike about Acumatica? No dislikes or issues at this time. Still learning all aspects of the system. Recommendations to others considering Acumatica: Review it and have an open mind. It is a very good system. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? I am looking forward to using the bank reconciliation features in Acumatica.

What do you like best about Acumatica? This ERP covers everything for our organization. From tracking shipments, to customer service cases, to production and everything in between. Supporting our users from an IT Management perspective, is very easy. What do you dislike about Acumatica? "Flexible with Powerful Functionality! A modern ERP with power and customization."

What do you like best about Acumatica? Acumatica is great at snapshot report generation and pushing alerts/notifications/emails based off of those reports. Our business fluctuates and these tools help us to stay updated/notified. The customization projects are a great way to increase the functionality of the system. With developer knowledge, you can easily design and create solutions/workflows to meet any business demand and process. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Those same reports ...

"Not what we thought it was going to be, but slowly coming along"

What do you like best about Acumatica? no out 30+ year old system! and we can finally get away from dot matrix printers. What do you dislike about Acumatica? not as good as other erps on the market that I have used previously. Recommendations to others considering Acumatica: find something else, anything else would be better than what we have gone through so far. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Support and training have been horrible

Ecommerce is such an important part of our business and Acumatica is in front of the train when it comes the momentum towards ecommerce away from traditional sales methods. We made the switch to Acumatica to streamline order information from Amazon and Shopify and while also making our distribution, wholesale, and manufacturing orders much easier to manage. The implementation provided by Acumatica was subpar which has caused some aspects of the software null and void Recommendations to others considering Acumatica: Make sure your team is fully prepared to assist with the implementation What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Budgeting is useful and WIP reports are extremely helpful
