What do you like best about Acumatica? Acumatica makes day-to-day tasks easy and managable. While there is a fair amount of set-up required, once it "clicks" everything becomes easy to understand. What do you like best about Acumatica? I like being able to customize Acumatica to our business needs What do you dislike about Acumatica? I am not a fan of the Finacial period as the display versus accounting date that other softwares use What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to consolidate our utility process using a master list for immediate and correct coding

What do you like best about Acumatica? Constant innovation and development, being at the forefront of technology. What do you dislike about Acumatica? There is nothing about Acumatica that I dislike. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Implementing Acumatica has enabled our business to grow and solve challenges without limitations. We went from multiple stand alone applications in house to being fully integrated, accessible online anywhere in the world.

What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Implementing Acumatica has enabled our business to grow and solve challenges without limitations. What do you like best about Acumatica? The interface is User friendly, easy to use and learn. The ability to quickly access data is key for Adhoc analysis in my role. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Nothing, and I honestly mean that. It has allowed me to do my job at a high level. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Reporting and Analysis.

What do you like best about Acumatica? I like the fact that we can start small and grow to add features within Acumatica that fit to the business as needed What do you dislike about Acumatica? Working with a VAR that doesn't know all the answers or follow up with us right away with answers to our solutions. It has been a rocky start but getting better as time goes on with our inhouse IT. What do you like best about Acumatica? I appreciate the ability to integrate all our third-party software into a single ERP system, providing the company with a unified perspective. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I'm not fond of non-ISV third-party software that necessitates customizations. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Acumatica enables the company to make informed, real-time decisions compared to operating without immediate access to financial data.

"A streamlined, cloud based, user friendly experience"

What do you like best about Acumatica? The cloud based platform helps us to avoid issues we had in the past needing a remote desktop application to access our old ERP. It's also so many fewer steps to do simple processes, unlike our previous ERP which was unnecessarily complicated and led to steps not being done. It's also much easier to upload and export data. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The reporting and inquiries out of the box are somewhat limited to what we're used to, but ...
