"Scalability and pricing are great for enterprise level"

What do you like best about Acumatica? Cloud deployment model is great, and I can see the potential to work with many different databases. What do you dislike about Acumatica? When scaling up, we seem to keep hitting conflicts with third-party software and add-in compatibility. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? We've replaced an aging accounting system as well as a customer management problem that we had previously explored multiple lackluster options.

What do you like best about Acumatica? The program is user friendly and constantly being improved. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I wish there was an HR module and that the Construction management piece was a little more similar to ProCore. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Real-time cash management has dramatically improved our process over our last system.

Easy to use and works just as well as our legacy software.

PROS: Acumatica is an easy-to-launch and easy-to-use ERP system. Getting it up and running had been relatively quick--we were able to access the program along with its library of resources in just a matter of minutes. The Sales Demo data and peer support within the community are very accessible too. Our staff has found the Visual Studio particularly useful and easy to manipulate. CONS: The costing is a bit tricky. What do you like best about Acumatica? I like the system's ability to be customized for automation, and it has greatly benefitted our organization. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I wish there was a way to troubleshoot and fix errors when processing documents and such in the system. Often errors occur, and we have to create tickets for IT to diagnose and fix. What do you like best about Acumatica? Provides a good level of security with role-based access control. Reduce the time you spend on accounting processes. It allows generating a standard report, which can exported to Excel without complications.
