What do you like best about Acumatica? The customizability of the platform. My organization's primary use case for Acumatica is Time and Billing. That said, everything beyond that immediate use case that we have thrown at has run without issue. Complicated commission account, payment collections, notification campaigns, it can do it all. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Acumatica is not very forgiving when it comes to unmanaged coding practices. Additionally, any 3rd party support ...

"Great Product. Needs better Implementation."

What do you like best about Acumatica? It has all the capabilities that we need. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I think that there has to be a better way of making sure that the people who help implement it are appropriately vetted. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Acumatica for all aspects of our business. Even with the problems we have come across, it is still by far a better product than we had previously.

What do you like best about Acumatica? it is easy to use and understand the product. What do you dislike about Acumatica? the customizing report is a little difficult. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? we used to use QuickBooks before and changed to Acumatica manufacturing edition. QuickBooks' limitation was tracking the cost. with Acumatica, it is much better.

What do you like best about Acumatica? The training was not death by Powerpoint. These were real-life scenarios with system experts who could answer questions with very valid and accurate answers! What do you dislike about Acumatica? Not so much of a dislike as it is a request for more guidance for relevant courses. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Our business uses Acumatica daily. It was great to learn about additional ways to capitalize usage of Acumatica.

What do you like best about Acumatica? It's easy to use, very convenient as you can access it from any time, anywhere. I love how you can have unlimited users and choose when you upgrade according to your companies needs. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I would like for there to be a functionality to copy users across tenants. Having a clipboard functionality like the one available on the invoices screen would be very helpful in solving this. "Versatile and Adaptable"

What do you like best about Acumatica? Acumatica is a very versatile platform that can be adapted to the different and custom needs. The tools that I use the most and get the most of out of is the import and export scenarios, we have set up integrations with Salesforce.
