What do you like best about Acumatica? It eases the way in which orders are handled. Also, dashboards provide insights into the data. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Customization project are difficult and sometimes are hard to handle. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? We are managing are european division and putting all the processes in Acumatica so that everyone has a visibility .

"Works well for many aspects of our business"

What do you like best about Acumatica? Having almost all of our employees and data in one system. This allows a single source of truth for a lot of things. What do you dislike about Acumatica? We have had some struggles with some of the marketing aspects. We are also using Mailchimp for campaigns and getting the campaign lists set up in Acumatica to export to Mailchimp has posed some struggles. What do you like best about Acumatica? There are focus modules around payroll, financial management,project accounting within the Accumatica suite. Also, the reporting and analytics along with multi-tenant design for their cloud is helpful. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Compared to SAP, Accumatica seems to not have too much emphasis around SQL syntax like SAP does. Accumatica may be little easier to use and as a result, it sacrifices on the detail at times. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Inventory visibility is easy to see. Our sales staff can see the products we have & don't have available so they can suggest other products.
