"Great for Finance, Wanting more for projects"

What do you like best about Acumatica? We really like having access to all our data at the click of a button, it allows us to be very transparent with our teams. What do you dislike about Acumatica? The project management suite is lacking operational use, so we have to have an additional software for our field teams. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Acumatica is making big strides in the automation efforts which makes us more efficient!

It is still a little difficult to combine all functions of our company in a single platform. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Inventory management is key to the business and Acumatica does a great job helping us manage that.

"Streamlined Processes"

What do you like best about Acumatica? We have been on Acumatica since the fall of 2020. While it took us a bit to get it going, we have found that it streamlines processes and allows staff to focus on more important things. The reporting functions are falling into place, and data provides visibility into items we did not have information on before. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Being able to access Acumatica remotely has helped us expand the reach of our business.

One system for the whole company, from start to finish, where you can manage the customer's account and anyone on your team will have the knowledge able to support their efforts. What do you dislike about Acumatica? I dont have any specific dislikes, the solution just works. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Bringing in support, with employee time, and notes on the customers issues.

Lack of "canned" out of the box reporting. You need to create most of the reports that you need. Even things that you think should be standard.
