The need for a VAR. The quality of your implementation depends mainly on on the quality of your VAR. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Automating workflows. Transparency within and outside of the organization.

Implementation requires a lot of external customization work with third-parties that add significantly to the cost and complexity of the product. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? We can't run our business without it.

There is a slightly aggressive upgrade deadline that pushes small teams to have to update quickly. It allows us to be able to have Acumatica be a one stop shop for all company information.
