What do you like best about Acumatica? I like the ease of user use within the acumatica system. I also enjoy that the system is user friendly. What do you dislike about Acumatica? i dislikke that it is hard to customize some features What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? the benefits that i have realized would be that it has forced users that were not tech savvy and not open to change, to be involved in the change and implementation of the new system.

What do you like best about Acumatica? Built from the ground up for cloud. Powerful but easy to use with a fairly simple interface and clean design. Because it's built for the cloud the features are extensible through their entire market place of partners that add amazing functionality. It's amazingly fast too. Creating GI's or knowing how to select certain tables to create Gi's can be a little confusing if you do not have an IT background. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Acumatica? The ability to customize from the module level down the field level What do you dislike about Acumatica? Lack of professional service-centric features (i.e commission and advanced accounting) What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Get time entered and invoices out the door quickly. Tracking aged AR and reconciling that with late-payor clients. Training modalities are limited.

"Acumatica has been very useful and I enjoy the flexible reports."

What do you like best about Acumatica? I enjoy how easy it is to pull detail by accounts and filter by subaccounts. I also enjoy using the velixo reporting. What do you dislike about Acumatica? It feels hard to set up dashboard information and to set up the users. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Board reports flexibility. The reporting from acumatica is very useful. The AP process is also very useful.

No reportable downsides right now, still new to the system What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Acumatica? The service module is a the most useful tool within Acumatica. We are hoping to have the scheduling tools re-designed What do you dislike about Acumatica? The Scheduling tool within Acumatica needs wotk. and the Service WIP in not functional. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? A lot of the automation and workflows process has been used to address the needs we had.
