As an accountant, when we receive a cash payment on-site, we are not able to generate cash receipt. If we can add this feature will help us to improve our cash management process. "Couldn't be happier"

What do you like best about Acumatica? I liked that we met our launch date and came under budget. The team was responsive and answered all questions that I had. even after we went live they were still able to help. What do you dislike about Acumatica? nothing that i can think of. everything went well. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? I like proper accounting procedures. The system does not easily override anything where as before the old system did

"Very user friendly and configurable"

What do you like best about Acumatica? The ease of being able to customize for my needs is great Not only via code and a developer but more important is the no-code customs that are possible. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Honestly cannot think of any big dislikes. There are always certain, very specific function things that could be better but overall no dislikes. What do you like best about Acumatica? the most helpful thing about Acumatica is that we can get a real life person to talk to about any problem we may have. What do you dislike about Acumatica? one thing i dislike about acumatica is the payroll that we are not able to use to its full potential. What do you like best about Acumatica? It is a very modern system that meets all of our needs! What do you dislike about Acumatica? There is nothing that I like a about Acumatica right now. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? We have been using a old and outdated ERP system that we have had to use a lot of work arounds with. Acumatica fixes that!

What do you like best about Acumatica? Licensing model (unlimited users), generic inquiries and UDF. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Lack of a true, built-in shipping module, No integration with Gmail. No integration with Zapier, Make or another popular no-code automation platform.
