What do you like best about Acumatica? Really love the user interface. Everything is so simple to find. Just being able to click through and dig in deeper makes it much easier than my previous software. What do you dislike about Acumatica? So far I haven't found any many flaws to point out. There are some very small data enter things that could be improved up - such as when searching for something and it is highlighted and you tab or press enter it doesn't keep it - you have to click on it ...

What do you like best about Acumatica? We love the connectivity and the capabilities that come with an open, cloud-based ERP system. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Compared to our old system, it's more "clicky." I have to reach for my mouse vs having keyboard shortcuts for more items. A small price to pay. What do you like best about Acumatica? The ability to be scaled at large and be able to integrate with so many partners. What do you dislike about Acumatica? There is a slightly aggressive upgrade deadline that pushes small teams to have to update quickly. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? shipping, Distribution, and product inventory. It allows us to be able to have Acumatica be a one stop shop for all company information.

What do you like best about Acumatica? It isn't easy to pinpoint in a review the high-level areas of Acumatica that are most favorable. Everything is modular, so you can use what you need. Everything is customizable to fit your needs as well. If something you need isn't there and can't be customized, there's a marketplace to find a certified partner to integrate a solution. What do you like best about Acumatica? Acumatica allows all of our business units to have 1 source of truth for data and reporting, while also streamlining operations. What do you dislike about Acumatica? Slight learning curve for end users, but the UI is constantly improving. What problems is Acumatica solving and how is that benefiting you? Acumatica solves our issues with streamline reporting and operations, benefiting the company to become more organized and plan production more efficiently.

The team was responsive and answered all questions that I had. even after we went live they were still able to help.
