Overall I've been very impressed with ActiveCampaign. I have recommended it to numerous clients and often refer to it as the budget version of Hubspot. The UX isn't quite as great, but from a functionality perspective on the email marketing and CXA front ActiveCampaign pretty much does everything you could need it to do. It does have some limitations, just like any CRM, but overall it's a great product and for the price you really can't go wrong.

We switched from Mailchimp to ActiveCampaign this year as we were having all kinds of issues with Mailchimp and were looking for an email marketing solution that offered decent automation features. ActiveCampaign is leagues above Mailchimp in terms of user experience, features, customer support and integrations, I would recommend ActiveCampaign over other solutions on the market.

The flow builder is easy to use and customizable in every area. I wish some other apps were as great as AC!

Easy to use, powerful and effective marketing automations

Active Campaign is easy to use, powerful and effective. Unlike other marketing automation tools, I've found ActiveCampaign to be intuitive. The design tool for emails is very easy to use, and the options for list building and tagging are also simple. Most importantly, the automations they offer have simplified our marketing workflows saving us time and producing better results.

Makes my life so much more simple!

I haven't made full use of all the features of ActiveCampaign yet, but what I have used has been such a great experience for very little investment. I love that I can set up email sequences, email capture forms and landing pages all in one place. Plus, it's a lot cheaper and more intuitive to use than a lot of other platforms that offer similar features. I'm sure I'd love it even more as I start to use more features, but so far it's been great and easy to use for what I need.

The support team is very strong

The support team is very strong. They tend to reply quite quickly, usually within a couple of hours and the answer is simple to understand with easy steps to follow.

They offer robust features like a hubspot at a competitive price. They also have a live chat feature for all of their paid plans and that has been very beneficial figuring out any of the nuances for their platform. Definitely a great product to try out!

Overall this is an easy to use and effective email delivery service. I send out a newsletter to the industry I represent all over the country. It goes out daily. There are a few changes to the program I'd like to see and they could make it easier to communicate with someone for assistance and suggestions. But, the emails go out daily like clockwork, and that's the deal.
