Responsive, helpful and allowed us to really zone in on our client base with our e-mails. We've gotten much better engagement and results since switching to Active Campaign.

Top of the line tool

This tool is top of the line in the market, especially for small businesses. I've tried plenty of others. It has everything an online business might need when it comes to email marketing, lots of guidance and useful resources and a great support team that regularly reaches out. Good automation. Easy to use. Pretty intuitive process. Not too expensive. Forms etc.

You don't need another email tool

Since I moved my accounts from others 2 email tools to AC I never had more problems with hours and hours of setup new lists or automation. AC is really simple and had the best plans for all my client's account.

This is my first e-mail/campaign management tool. But I've learned a lot with Active Campaign. They have nice tutorials and features that you can easily learn and apply to your processes. I can manage all my contacts in one place, create customer-specific automation and tag them by their interests.
