"A solid CRM platform with lots of features"
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? I like the automation system that is built into the software so that I could easily automate tasks to shorten my admin time. They also have an awesome built in Canned response system that neatly organizes all of our email responses.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? Building out emails is so much easier than on our previous platform. I love that Active Campaign has a content library in place now. Great flexibility in creating custom fields for contact information.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? The best part about Active Campaign is its customer service. They are very quick and responsive. We mainly use their mail tool to help build our business and help automate our email campaigns.

"Best for Campaigns but don't recommend it for Deals CRM"
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? I love their campaign mode as you can do a lot in this mode and engage your customers. You can build workflows as per your needs and building workflows is very easy. I just took a 2-hour course in the ActiveCampaign Courses Library and I was good to go with building campaigns and workflows.
