"Great CRM - could use some tweaks"
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? It's a really simple and cost friendly CRM. We have a pretty small team here so it was really hard finding a CRM within our budget, but then we found ActiveCampaign. "Good email automation platform; basic CRM functionality"
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? Email automation is probably the best thing about it. The workflow is super simple, and it's easy to set up even complicated decision trees. Because of the CRM functionality built into the system, there's no need to integrate with a third-party in order to contact records in certain deal stages.

"Awesome automation with a decent CRM"
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? Active Campaigns automation tools are really robust. Sending automated email campaigns is super simple and allows me to easily segement my audience by different actions they are taking (like cliking on links, viewing pages on my website, etc).

"more affordable and less confusing than infusionsoft"
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? It's got everything we needed from Infusionsoft - affectionately known in the office as Confusionsoft - at the fraction of the cost and without the confusion. For the longest time I had been looking for an alternative and was really excited about ActiveCampaign. After almost a year of using it, we are very pleased with how much easier it is to use. Definitely recommend.
