What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? Our team is using Active campaign as a CRM and Marketing platform. It is so important and valuable to be able to track customers behavior and start to automate how you communicate with them. The platform is very easy for our whole team to use, not just our marketing team - We love how we can turn on and off certain features to certain employees to allow everyone to access the right information and tools they need.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? Automations are great and easy to set up. You can create triggers for a whole variety of actions that your potential customer takes. Contact scoring is also a great feature and allows you to rank your top contacts based on actions they may have taken. eg clicked on a link in an email, sent in a form, signed up to a webinar. When you know your most interactive potential clients you can focus your efforts on these potential customers. ...

ActiveCampaign allows to control every aspect of your customer relationship, from marketing to sales, and makes it very easy to have a centralised mail/offer history. I also like the customer support they give to clients: whichever the problem, their answer is always prompt and useful.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? I love how easy the system is to use. I use the automation a lot and love that I can automate me email sequences. The templates are great too which makes creating emails easy and they look professional. I also use the list feature a lot as well. The chat feature is always helpful and I can get a response quick.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? I love that ActiveCampaign has so many ways to use automation. I can connect it with actions customers take on my website and even connect it with Facebook audiences. I also like that they count each customer once in their system instead of multiple times as other providers do.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? Such an easy system to use! Love how you are able to automate in this system. Very Easy with linking to clickfunnels. Downloaded the app and viola! All leads are displayed. This system is great for people who are under the pump and require automation. This should be used in all industries for following up etc.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? I'm a huge fan of the CRM (Deals) component. We've used it to track sales and automate parts of our sales process. As a small, startup business, this has allowed us to save time and focus on other priorities - it really has let us focus on energy on stronger lead, rather than chasing every single lead. I am also very impressed with the quality of tech support/customer service. They are very responsive and very helpful.
