What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? ActiveCampaign does a great job with their customer service. Whenever I have questions about complex automations and segmentations, I’m always able to talk with a representative immediately. I get off the call feeling confident with my tech setup.

"Brilliant for prospect follow up"
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? My website developer set up Active Campaign as the autoresponder to webforms on my site. After a brief screen sharing session with him I was able to then gain full control of my email automation campaigns and add and edit as necessary. Very easy. This has been great for turning prospects into customers and automating what would have been otherwise time-intensive work.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? I really enjoy the variety of the available features - so far there was no scenario that ActiveCempaign would not be able to handle when it comes to automating my email campaigns. Oh, I mentioned it. POWERFUL automations - for me this is a total deal-breaker.

"Great but needs some work"
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? ACs automations are fantastic and really make it easy to build systems to make your life easier. The layout is clean and easy to navigate. And integrations with things like facebook and wordpress forms make interaction between these platforms fairly simple.

What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? ActiveCampaign has the essential aspects of a CRM where we can track our client lead flow processes through pipelines, assign tasks, and track stats. I like that it is not excessively complex but covers our needs and also handles email and text automations.

"Marketing automation and CRM in the same tool"
What do you like best about ActiveCampaign for Sales? I needed a few to understand Active Campaign logics in using trigger to automate CRM but... once I did it I couldn't live without! I love the way I can create custom fields and group them as well as how I can use them to create automations or filters.
