What do you like best about Act-On? Short implementation process - we manage to get it up and running in around 2 weeks for most implementations. Simplicity - features are pretty simple to understand, and the product is relatively easy to use.

What do you like best about Act-On? There are many things that I enjoy about Act-on. The customer service is fabulous and this company is constantly adding new features and upgrades. They actually listen to customers and make changes/improvements based on the feedback.

What do you like best about Act-On? The support team picks up the call within 3 rings and we work as a team to develop solutions with a fierce focus on doing what's best for the customer. They truly are an extension of our team, it's one thing to know the marketing automation product, but most of the time the challenges are about integrating with external applications. ActOn really shines when other vendors would say it's not their issue.
