"Probably the best automation software for small and midsize businesses Today"
What do you like best about Act-On? I have used mailchimp and Oracle's Eloqua in past. The feature sets which stand outs for us are "Website Prospector", excellent customer support and ability to segregate our customers between "Known" and "Anonymous Prospects" . We also use Salesforce for CRM activities, and the integration with Salesforce has been exceptional.
