"Act-On completely improved our marketing processes!"

What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On is 100% user-friendly. We find it extremely easy to use from the marketing platform, and our sales people love it from their end.. We love that we can choose what to share with our sales users by sales-enabling certain content, while still keeping other types of content for our use only. We are so impressed with our CRM integration, as our last MAT was very clunky and difficult.

What do you like best about Act-On? The best part of the Act-on software is the ease at which you can view clicks, opens, and sent numbers with every email sent. Being able to easily download excel sheets with all pertinent information and data for each individual email is also extremely helpful. In addition, the ability to suppress certain lists of people in each email is very helpful, because often emails are sent multiple times to different groups of people for data tracking purposes. ...

What do you like best about Act-On? I like how easy it is to pick up as a first time user. The tool bar on the left is pretty straight forward and easy to navigate through the platform. My favorite part of act on is the landing page builder I actually enjoy building out landing pages now compared to other platforms.

What do you like best about Act-On? Act On offers a lot of integrations and features to connect with CRMs, social platforms, and other suites. In terms of features offered, it's definitely upper tier compared to other platforms. They have formal partnerships with some other partners we use, like Healthgrades, which reduces the amount we have to develop or integrate.

What do you like best about Act-On? The best feature of Act-On is the automated program builder. There are dozens of functions these programs can serve, from sending scheduled emails to data mining, to sending Sales alerts when certain actions are taken. It's a versatile feature gives our marketing team great efficiency.
