What do you like best about Act-On? Although not an intuitive software, it is not difficult to figure out how to use. Creating emails is overall very easy, and some features of the automated programs are good like having early exit rules.

What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On is the best solution for small businesses that do not have a connected CRM and who might be investing in one soon. The Outlook plug in that allows sales users to track their email and use Act-on resources right within Outlook is a must have for our busy team.

What do you like best about Act-On? Act-On’s automation platform is intuitive, I like the way the menu is built, it’s been made in a logical order so that when you move from one section to another, you go down the logical path to build automation.

What do you like best about Act-On? I like the ease of use that this system provides, it doesn't take too much wherewithal to figure out how to use it. It also makes uploading simple and tracking progress with my CRM is seamless. We aren't a huge company so this suits us perfectly.

What do you like best about Act-On? The pricing format favors those who are sending lots of emails and want to store lots of contacts without paying for each contact it the database. Automation and contact management/organization has been updated this year and is easier to use than previously.
