What do you like best about Act-On? The best thing about having a tool that really does the job for you is having the stats to prove it. Act-On has way better stats than the other guys. I now know when an email is opened and if anything was clicked. This helps out in so many different ways

What do you like best about Act-On? Working in sales, it was a very good and helpful tool to have all the information that act-on provided on a daily base. The prospect information and names, addresses and more were very useful in many ways, for sales and marketing in our company.

"Recently switched from MailChimp to ActOn for email automation."
What do you like best about Act-On? I like that ActOn has a very basic interface. I spend most of my time in the Outbound tab and the Contacts tab, and I like that I can find everything I need in either folder. Also, once I create a campaign I am able to easily copy the campaign to use in the future, rather than starting over for every new campaign. You are also able to test for deliverability and spam scoring which is a huge lifesaver.

What do you like best about Act-On? The newer functionality (landing page) is easy to use, however the rest of the system is old and needs bringing in line, other solutions are much more refined, significant Product Updates are via Powerpoint pipe dreams only.

What do you like best about Act-On? I like the option to either customize an email or landing page or use a template. Act On also offers a ton of educational webinars that I frequently join and relay information back to my team. Helpful for all!

Follow up on's mechanization stage is instinctive, I like the manner in which the menu is assembled, it's been made in a legitimate request with the goal that when you move starting with one area then onto the next, you go down the intelligent way to fabricate computerization.
