What do you like best about Act-On? The templates we set up in Act-On make it fast & easy to get a message to our clients. We can also readily track who has opened the email & what they have clicked on, giving us the key information we need for follow-up.

"Easy once you have it set up"
What do you like best about Act-On? I like the metrics available after I've sent an email out--who opened it, who unsubscribed, who clicked where and how many times, etc. It helps us narrow down our email lists into active and inactive subscribers. It's also easy to set up your own email templates, or just to customize one of their available templates.
