"First Time Using Act-On"
What do you like best about Act-On? The ability to be able to track what emails are sent to prospective customers and if they have opened or if they have clicked through the email. Also visibility of what customers you sending emails too. The Outlook anywhere act on integration is also very good as you can implement templates etc. All round brilliant product. Would certainly recommended the product to anyone.

What do you like best about Act-On? I like the fact that Act-On automatically integrates with our CRM system (SugarCRM) and that it generates a daily web traffic report that is automatically sent to my inbox.

"great software layout and easy to use "
What do you like best about Act-On? being able to completely text our emails though all mobile devices as well as emails. It was easy to share with my our team so they could give feedback and I could retest if it and resend to everyone. I also liked how you could use the template from before and add new graphics change the content so you don't have to start from the beginning every time.
