The Technical support team is very…
The Technical support team is very knowledgeable of the ACT product and have solved each problem quickly. Very important for business. I am pleased with my CRM choice for this reason.

While I like what ACT can do
While I like what ACT can do, I remain very disappointed in current version and previous one. I have ongoing problems with ACT freezing/locking up. Each time a Tech has attempted to correct the problem it has returned.

Long Time User
What do you like best? Activity Tracking and notes! Act! keeps track of all my jobs on the schedule and receivables so I don't miss anything. What do you dislike? E-mail interface is lacking. Should be able to work with other e-mail platforms such as Thunderbird. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We keep track of 30 year's worth of client data. Helps us stay on track.

What do you like best? I enjoy having contact information and templates in once spot. Its helpful for sure, but I've worked with other software that does more. I would recommend Procore over ACT! What do you dislike? It seems to crash a lot, and I don't find it a critical software. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a good entry level software for construction companies. Best CRM for my business

What do you like best? Error free, responsive CRM. Meet all my needs What do you dislike? Integration to Google can be a bit cumbersome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? After solving the Google integration we enjoy cross plaform interoperability between thinkpads, Ipads and Iphones

ACT! is just what I need
What do you like best? I'm old school, so I like the desktop version; however, I travel alot, so it's nice to be able to use this program anywhere I have an internet connection. What do you dislike? Not an ACT! problem, but if I don't have a good internet speed, it takes me a while to access information. I've used ACT for 20+ years and appreciate the updates and contemporary linkages.
What do you like best? Good integration with popular email programs keeps client information up-to-date. What do you dislike? Better integration with Microsoft Office products What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping tabs on clients and prospects alike. Abeyancing To Do items works well.
